Using the Ontos website.
We want the site to work for people who use a keyboard or assistive technology, prefer reduced motion, or browse without sound.
Our target
We are working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes an active commitment and does not claim that every part of the website has been independently certified.
Measures in place
- Semantic headings and labelled interactive regions
- Keyboard controls for key interactive experiences
- Visible text alternatives for sound-dependent states
- Responsive layouts for mobile and enlarged text
- Reduced-motion behaviour where supported by the visitor's system preference
- Descriptive page titles and navigation landmarks
Known limitations
Some experimental canvas and game-like interactions are more visually and spatially complex than standard page controls. We are continuing to improve equivalent instructions, focus behaviour, contrast, touch targets, and non-pointer paths. Audio enhances the experience but is not intended to be the only way information is conveyed.

If part of the site is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, email hello@ontos.ws. Please include the page, device or assistive technology used, and a short description of the barrier. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative.
Assessment
The website is currently assessed through internal review and automated development checks. Independent accessibility testing has not yet been completed.
